  • Agricultural civs

On the manual I read that Agricultural civs can irrigate hills, however in the Civilopedia there is no mention about this and I can't actually do it (tried with the Netherlands). Is it a feature of some scenario ? Or it just is an error of the manual ?

This is an error in the manual, it was an early idea for agricultural civilizations that was never implemented.

I guess after Civ2 Firaxis forgot about Terracing.
One OS to rule them all,
        One OS to find them,
One OS to bring them all
and in the darkness bind them.

          Agricultural cvis are great.

For me, the Duth now are one of the better civs, agricultural/seafaring....

..or at least for multiplayer purpuses, I stared a game with a friend this week and I had to move one tile to found a river next to the sea!. So, my capital has the food and commerce bonues!. That was great

Fortune and Glory, here I come!!!.

As Merepatra said, it was considered, but was left out in favor of other bonuses for Agricultural.
