Forbiden palace in Conquests

I have installed the beta patch and I still have the problem of corruption in the city that has the FP and cities nearby. Oddly enough, the cities on the map to the right of it have a lot less and the ones to the left have a lot. Does the patch not help a game that was created in 1.00?

Actually, according to what Jesse Smith said, it helps, but apparently the game has to wait for something to happen in order to recalculate the values. I think that if you click on the city tile (in the city screen, thus automatically redistributing the laborers), the game will perform that recalculation.
