I want a mod for civ3. a mod that would radically change the game. got any to offer me?

Try the Double your Pleasure from Kal-el (and look for the Rise and Rule mod in a while ). Also the Test of Time from TeTurkhan. The Balancer is also a good one IMHO.

And I'll suggest a fourth one when I have uploaded over here
