I am play PtW with the latest patch for Civ3 (1.29) and PtW (1.27). I have Win98SE, AMD XP 1800 processor, 512mb Ram, MSI Nforce 415pro motherboard with integrated sound. I have the latest driver for the mobo and Directx 9.0b.
When I start the game, the music track starts then stops and starts over after about 1 second. It does this continuously and I end up turning off the music. The other sounds are fine and the game seems to play fine too.
Any thoughts?
