Hi!

Me and a few friends want to make a CivIII LAN party. We'd like to have our own heads in place, where now crappy bismarck or Elizabeth dwell. I'd like to know which file format you are supposed to use. I already figured out that its gotta have 240*200 pixels.

I would be grateful for hints from the experts around.

Its in flic format, but if you make a 200x240 jpg image you can use Animation Shop to import it and turn into flc format.

doen't it require flicster or is that Units only?

Units require Flicster because they are in a mutant abomination format. Leaderheads are in the common flc format that everyone outside Firaxis uses.
