Help: Edit Conquests saved game?

I tried few of the editors found in this forum but non of them worked for c3c. Is there any way to change my game duration by editing somehow one saved game?

I do not think that you can modify a game that has already started. You can build a mod, THEN, create a game from it.

I could be wrong on this one, but I think that's the way it works.

I just want to set the number of turns from 540 which is default to about 700 or so. Theoretically this should be written into the *.sav file. Just wondering.. anyhow..
