Establishing Embassies

Hi,

I have a question in how to establish embassies with the AI Civs when you didn't make one at the outset of discovering writing (no money, e.g.).
I have been unable to find any mention or link in the foreign advisor screen or any other advisor for that matter.

How do you establish embassies with a Civ after the fact?

Double click on the star in your capital city

[Willem]

You can also press Shift-E if you have PTW or Conquests. I think it's CTRL-E with vanilla Civ.
