Reproducible Crash Found when toggling specialists

I have found a reproducible crash when toggling the specialists in one of my large cities. I have a save file that can be used to reproduce. Happens with 1.0 and 1.02 on WinXP.

What the normal procedure for let Firaxis know about this? I went to support on the Civ3 site, got redirected to the Atari tech support site (which was only an FAQ).

Any ideas?

I should add, they might not contact you or ask for a save if they are already aware of it. However, I've never heard of it so...
