Trade maps

hi,

I've started to play c3 conquest and it doesn't seem possible to trade maps with others civ ( i'm playing a free game not a scenario)
Is this a bug ?

yes i have embassies with everyone but i can't trade with none of them

They moved the map trading ability from Map making to the middle age tech Navigation. Also communications trade has been moved to Printing press tech.
