I came across 3000 years of battles, and suddently a file is missing and the game stops.

This happened on PTW I pressume, my first guess is that your Civ3 is a warez version. If not, just reinstall.

I have had the same problem. Mine occurs after some time during a PTW game and the "missing" file is "Knight Death.wav" if I'm not mistaken. My discs for both Civ3 and PTW are originals. Any suggestions? Atari has been most unhelpful...Comment
