What happens when you delete a unit in new scenario in the editor?

A. Is the unit only deleted in the scenario bic file, thus indicating its availabilty in the game

B. or does it also delete entries in other files ie pediaicons etc somewhere?? If so which ones

I'm pretty sure its A but I need to check.
