When start PTW (with latest patch, etc...), no matter the resolution, all I see is scanlines and what looks like 3 images of the screen.
Have loaded powerstrip, per the FAQ, but it doesn't do anything.
Celeron 2.4GHz, intel motherboard, on-board graphics (S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR).
