OK i know this questions probably been asked many times before but how do u make those leaderhead flics. What program do i need?? flicster doesnt work with em rite?

Correct.
JASC Animation Shop appears to be the program of choice. You can use it alone to make a still frame flic or simple animated still flics.
I started using Poser 4 over a year ago to make digital animations for Civ and I believe thats the program most people are using now. -

I found this different program & it works pretty good too. Its called RAD Video Tools. It can convert AVI's to FLC's. Its pretty good i think.......lol i tried to make one of Frodo from LOTR...here's a screenshotAttached FilesComment
