This isn't much ... just changed the fish to a classic one, added a camel to the oasis, and changed the beaver to a polar bear. The images are ones I've created using bitz and pieces of images I've found on my massive resource template that I draw from to make custom resources here and there.
I made this because I like to keep the graphics in my game pretty uniform and not add anything too new (I'm one of those players who plays an 8-player standard map with standard settings, nothing fancy).
I'll attach a shot below...

Excellent work 
The first time I saw the oasis graphic I knew it needed something ... looked too static.
