Woohoo! C3C in Brazil!!
Well, finally some good news about C3C and its upcoming release here in Brazil. 
According to this site , the newest expansion will be released here in the last week of November. Not so bad, I guess.

The best Brazilian Civ3 site posted in its forums that C3C will be released in Brazil between Nov 24th and Dec 1st. Let's wait and see.
