As it turns out, I’m not very patient. I bought a copy at Best Buy after work today. The one they ship me from Amazon (once I take the bonus CD) will end up as someone’s Christmas gift.

Cursing them worked; they haven't sent me a confirm email yet but I went to the my account page on Amazon and it looks like they put the goodies in the mail.

I preordered from Chips&Bits, yesterday they told me I had to wait for a few days. I know nothing about these shops. I just clicked second link of Apolyton's preorder shops... Amazon is the first, EB is the third. But I found nobody here preorder from C&B.... I just order another copy from EB's website.

Don't worry The Slayer, after the war with the Portuguese, I decided to turn my efforts to my own infrastructure. Although the Mayans decided to plunk cities down in the gap where the Incas had raised my cities. This was a bad idea.
