What triggers the appearance of the advanced barbarians? I tried to make a terrorist unit, hoping they would appear later in the game and blow stuff up, but they appeared much too early (though I established a prereq of Nationalism for the unit, it showed up around when the most advanced civ was creating medieval infantry). So, what is the trigger for them?
Also, does anyone know what happens when you try to give a land unit precision bombing abilities? I wanted my terr to be able to blow up specific buildings (I also gave this unit to a few civs, hoping they would use it), but my initial attempt crashed the game.
