Probably waiting for Conquests. No point creating anything new and then having to rework everything to make it compatible with Conquests in a few weeks.

It has also something to do with the fact Apolyton is not the most active forum when it comes to creation. Civfanatics and CDG are more attractive (and active) in this domain

Not to mention that it sounds like we'll so much more to work with when Conquests comes out. From what I've been reading, modding PTW doesn't seem that appealing anymore, there's going to be alot more options very soon.Originally posted by GhengisFarb
