The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

Well, England's traights weren't that bad after Commerical was beefed up. (Yes, the UU was on the never, ever, build list)
But I do hope that their UU was improved for Conquests if the starting tech for the Granery was moved to Agricuture.

Agricultural civs start with Pottery. Agr, Exp civs start woth Masonry and Pottery
My guess is the English start with Alphabet and Pottery.
The Man-O-War has been slightly improved. It can now enslave enemy ships (turn them into conscript ships that you own). Are they now worth it? I don't know. But they are better.
BTW, since all air units now have lethal bombard, the F-15 has been improved.
