  • .PCXs aren't working too well...

    I do not have nor can afford adobe photoshop so I cant make .PCXs directly. So I downloaded a converter, and made the images as .BMPs or .JPGs and converted them to .PCXs, only according to its properties, which I viewed after I got a black image for a civilopedia entry, it is a true color and not palletized, NONE of the converted ones are.

    Anyone know what to do to fix this or anything else I can do?

    If you can't afford Adobe Photoshop try Jasc Painshop Pro.

      If I get a chance, I'll check it out.

      I've been really busy lately.

      I'm an author, so I've been working on promotion for my first book, writing my next book, and I may have a new job soon, so things been kinda hectic lately.

        I found a free product that will work!

        VCW VicMan's Photo Editor

        I was using it, when I discovered it would save files as .pcx so, I made a test one and it worked!

        This is VERY helpful to me, so I thought it might be handy for others.
