The one i use is Animation Shop 3. Just get an image, change the frame delay to 1, copy/paste it so that there are 121 frames of the same thing, then save as a flc with 256 color pallette. The pallette will 25% of the time not work right, I will post how to fix that when I get back from work.

Really? I haven't had any pallette problems. I do tend to get "ghost images" from other leaderheads in game though.

That is kinda what I mean, though sometimes is it a little worse than that

Well, open the leaderhead in animshop. Go to the frame with the most colors. Right click it, and export to PSP7. Make it a 256 color image, and fix the pallette the same way you do with PCXs, but dont worry about changing the green and magenta pixels in the image. Go to Colors->Save Pallette, and save that pallette somewhere. Close PSP7, (Dont update animshop when the dialog appears). Now when you save in animshop and it asks for quality, go to "Customize". Choose 256 color pallette in the select menu, but chose "Custom Pallette", and browse for the pallette you just saved. What is does is forces every frame to use that pallette (Which is why yo uwant the one with the most colors) and also fixes any transparency issues.

If you dont understand parts of that, let me know and I will gather some screenshots.
