Added resources - civ crashes sometimes

I added 12 resources to my PTW 1.27 game and nearly everytime when i directly build a city on a resource or a road is already there
and I then bulid a city in the near, my civ crashes and exits.
On some resources it works without any problems on others it crahes!

Without an error message !

Does anybody know what i can do or knows anybody else this problem !?

Don't add that resource?

I ran into that problem myself with this one luxury I tried to add, Mahogany in Jungle terrain. All the other luxuries I added worked fine except that one. All I could do was forget about it and move on.
