Help Cityview Problem

hey can any1 out there plz tell me how 2 modify the stupid cityview grahics. i got a picture of the collosus dat i prefer compared 2 the old 1 but when i get it in it ends up like dat.........any1's help iz greatly appreciated

PS...btw any1 of u guys figured out how 2 get new buildings pictures in the cityview screen??
