  • Preset wars and alliances

I know one can have locked alliances that remain fixed throughout the scenario, but is it also possible to have two civs at war at the begining of the scenario, but later have the option to declare peace? In other words, have them start out as enemies, but from then the normal rules apply? Ditto with a preset alliance that could later be broken.

Like setting the Civs relations to "war" in Civ2 (vanilla or otherwise) for scenarios.

I've heard you will be able to set diplomacy.

From what I've heard you can only edit locked alliances. So, you can't set up anything that will change later. At leat not in the BIQ files...

However, I plan to update CDT to work with C3C saves once I get it and have time (might have to wait until Christmas).
