Well, I am getting tired of commanding white soldiers when playing the Zulus, then 
Here's my contribution to providing the Zulus (and other African Civs) with black-skinned units. It is CivE's regular Infantry with only a skin change. Included in the file: all animations, .ini file, small icon and Civilopedia entry.
It's my first unit, so please let me know if there are any problems or if I made some newbie's mistake
