I can't install!

Alright, I was installing CIV3 and then my power went out (I live in the northeast) when I was like half way through installing it. So when I finally get my power back on I find I cannot finish the installation, nor can I uninstall it. I tried deleting the folder, but the problem remains. What should I do?

It this Win98 or XP or what? If either of those two, I would try add/remove, but it will surely fail. Then go to the registry and remove anything that Infrograme/CivIII.
Then try to reinstal. I presume you are able to install and run other apps? IOW nothing got clobbered in the OS.
If this is Win98, go to Microsoft and find Regclean. It will clean up the registry or try to anyway.

Add/remove doesn't work, I have tried many times. I have already went through the registry and deleted all infogrames and civ keys. Maybe I missed something?
