Hi,
Is there any way to convert a saved game to a scenario? I have tried to do it with Civ3 Multi Tool, but the program only exports the map from a saved game to a scenario (.bic) file. I also have tried TCG SAV Game editor, but it didn't work. What I want to do is to export all elements from a saved game (civilizations, units, cities, diplomatic relations), and not only the map.
