Question-"Forest harvested . . ."

". . . 10 shields returned to . . ."

At times this can accellarate (sp?) production. Like 'Courthouse-9' becomes 'Courthouse-8.' If the forest is harvested on the same turn as 'Courthouse-1', and thus cannot comtribute towards production, are the shields lost or do they carry over to the next production?

One very good tip btw is that when two cities can profit from the forest and you want to control where the forest bonus goes too, set the city that you DON'T want the bonus to go to on a wonder or palace.

even better , activate the tile true the cities screen , if a worker from city A is working tile Y ( the tile the bonus comes from ) then the bonus schould go to city A , .....

at least thats whats claimed on cfc , .......
