  • Can we stop negotiations in scenarios like in civ2?

    Anyone know of an easy (or hard) way to stop negotiations between players (AI and human) in a civ3ptw scenario?

    im working on a ww2 scenario, and id rahter not have germany join the allies in 1942 ...

    Nope, you can't define the aggression level or lock diplomacy. Locked alliances will be in Conquest thou.

        I thought that if you edit the tech tree to dis-allow the ability to trade certain things, and take that trait away from the 'race' that you want to be the bad guys, then this would work?? yes? no?
