I Installed civ3 then play the world. Civ3 worked fine but play the world always says that Art/units/workermodern/capture.flc is always missing. then i go and try to find it and there it is right where its supposed to be:

make sure the name is spelled exactly as indicated and that the .ini file refrences the file with the same spelling. -

just do a re-install and get the last patch after that
