I couldn't get ANY of the saved games to work
(of the first five anyway, havent tried any others)

The scenario will load up, but as Incas only.

well, i just tried to load these saves on another machine... and it worked fine!
have you got PTW, patched to 1.21?

harley: if you want to play as a different civ, edit the scenario, set the human player to whatever you want and load the scenario...

faster way: take a savegame... that is, of course... if you can load them ;-)

Ill do more improvements at Conquest time, because i dont know what PTW and Conquest compatibility will be.
