A topic in the OT got me wondering, could it be possible to mod a large cannon, restricted completely to railroads?

I think that the dora-gun is already done. You can find it in the Civfanatics.net -forums.
The railroad-only movement propably cannot be modded though.I'm not a complete idiot: some parts are still missing. -

you could make all terrain impossible to wheeled units, then it can move on both Rr and road, butit will also effect all the other wheeled units.You must unlearn what you have learn.
