As shown in this picture, I suddenly got a notification in Civ1 DOS that "Fire sweeps through" a city. What event is this referring to? I have seen travelers reports about one civilization wiping out another, but I have never seen the "fire sweeps through" before. And I don't think I've ever gotten a "fire sweeps through" event for any of my own cities either.
