what keyboard commands do i use to make the goblin miner and dwarfs build tunnels?

I haven't played this game in a few years, and have a question. In the fantasy tot scenario, what keyboard commands do i use to make a goblin miner or dwarf build a tunnel? Thanks for your help!

Do you mean changing the terrain on the underground map or do you mean the thing that transports your units to the underground map?

If the first, then it seems to be "O".

If the second, then it's "J", I think. It should be listed in the "Orders" menu, though.
