    Le Kha Phieu and Tran Duc Luong's state funeral's were held today. Approximatly 2500 people attended the funerals. Now the real question is who is going to succeded them... Here are the candidates;
    1)Forgein minister Nguyen Dy Nien; a classical party member, he will not deviate from the party's line, in other words a puppet
    2)Prime Minister Phan Van Khai; he will further progress Viet Nam's road towards capitalism but he is old and becoming weak so he not be able to gorvern alone
    3)Deputy Minister of the Economy Vu An Khoi; he is the black horse, he was born in canada and has a western education yet he is a Ultra-nationalist if he wins he shall change Viet Nam up and down but make no mistake he is no Democrat...

            Welcome to the first ever brocasted worldwide Vietnamese president inswornement. The new president Vu An Khoi asked worldwide televison networks to broadcast this event. The reponse was returned by 125 networks from around the world. This event is being viewed by Canada,Japan,all of Europe,Russia,China and many others not mention the United States of America. The ceremony shall start in a few minutes. Joining myself,Larry King is Vietnam expert; Professor Pham Le Phuong from the university of UCLA.Tell me professor, what impact does this broadcast have? Well Larry, I'd have to say that Vu An Khoi with his western education knows how to play the courting game; he knows to have aid packages and treaties that the people of the nations that he will be courting will be more favorable to him if they knew who he was. Sorry to interrupt you professor but the ceremony is starting! And here comes the...Who are those guards Larry? I have never seen them before! I don't know Phuong but by their uniform I think are the Vietnamese Guards or something...Hahaha (Cold laugh) I know what it is now... its the Dragon Guard, Ho Chi Minh's personnal elite Regiment...
            There is an impressive display of military hardware, T-80Us on the flanks of the infantry; normal, IFVs, APCs, spearheading the battle formation was Type 63 Lt. Tanks, in behid were M46 Artillery and BM-21 Rocket Artillery then strolling behid the formation were the Air defense; SA-6 Gainful, Sa-9 Gaskin, ZSU-23-2, ZSU-23-4 and soaring over the troops were MI-17s, IL-76B Candids and Mig-29 Fulcrums, then came the president and his wife they were mounted on a horse-chariot...
            Larry, the President is wearing the traditionnal Vietnamese Dress for men and his wife is wearing the long dress...What could this mean?
            The President is approaching the forum. Professor would you translate please? Certainly...
            (Translation)Greetings my fellow Vietnamese, my heart is warmed by the fact that so many of you have come see me get sworn in. I am the new president but not the new master or lightbringer like Ho Chi Minh. I am just a man with a job to do and an dream to accomplish... You see my friends, my dream is to see a strong Vietnam, a rich and head helded high Vietnam... I believe with your help and the help of the party members we shall make Vietnam what it should be!
            As the president took oath in front of the world, the crowd in the Hanoi Square started to screamed: Cong Hoa Chu Nghia Viet Nam
            I ,Vu An Khoi, president of Vietnam promise to take the Dragon to the skies ...
            Well that its for tonight, for Cnn and professor Pham Le Phuong; I'm Larry King.

                    The technicians and military officiers from Ukraine have arrived with the military hardware that Vietnam bought last May 17. Most of the military hardware are Cruisers and it is believed that there is a Aircarft Carrier in the deal with a full complement of Mig-29 fulcrums but this is all speculations for it would require much more money than the Vietnamese State has.

                      The Democratic People's Republic of Korea congratulates the new Vietnamese government and looks forward to a cooperative relationship.

                      We assume that the great worker's state of Vietnam is just as appalled as the people of Korea are that the Turkish regime has closed the avenues of trade with the Ukraine and all Black Sea ports? We urge you to hastily scold the Ankara clique for these illegal maneuvers.
