In switching in the @CIVILIZE portion of rules.txt into my game, my game shows a propensity to crash after a few turns. It used to do it after the civilization advance of the player civ, but when I saved at a later point, it started crashing earlier.
I've isolated the problem to @CIVILIZE, but I am unsure how to proceed further. What are the likely and less likely causes of the problem?
I have tools that tell me that future tech is reachable (besides, changing it to nil nil did not help), and that there are no loops. The excel table that generates the rules text should be solid.
