Chaps, wonder if you can help out. I'm too incompetent/old/feeble* (*delete as appropriate) to work out how to send the powers that be (MarkG I guess?) a PM with the newfangled site.

Palaiologos (Pericles D) has contacted me: his account is inactive and needs to be reactivated. Do you have the omnipotence to be able to do this, or alternatively can you escalate upstairs to someone who can please?

We're unable to reactivate accounts IIRC, but I just sent a PM to DanQ & MarkG in hope that one of them will help us.
