macro.txt?

I'm planning to make a ToT scen and want to include events.
I know that there have to be a bunch of new macro commands in ToT, but I didn't find any kind of file where these commands could be described.
I browsed the scenario league tips where I read that there should be a macro.txt file included on the CD, but I couldn't find it (I have a German version, maybe this could be the problem ???)

If anybody has some macro.txt hanging around somewhere in the deep of his hard drive, please email it to:

Miner, I got your email, but there wasn't any file included.
BTW, I don't need a German version, English is ok.
I only stated that maybe there wasn't any macro.txt on my CD because it was ToT German Version...
