    Is anyone out there an experience user of Civ Converter 1.4?? I noticed some other people having problems in a different thread.

    One thing I've noticed is that, when I convert a scenario, the graphics all convert, but whatever unit is currently active reverts to the TOT sprite so long as it is active. When it becomes inactive, it reverts back to the graphic from the scenarios UNITS.BMP file. I've tried switching animations off from the GRAPHICS OPTIONS windows, but the toggle is greyed out.

    Anyone know a fix??

    Make sure that you have ToT patch 1.1 installed.

    In the @Units_Avanced setion:

    Change the last flag (the left most flag -reverse programmer notation) on column G to 1 for every unit. This is the SPR override flag.

    Bellow is the corrected remark section for the rules.txt that patch 1.1 includes.

    ; 00000001 invisible until attack: 1 - invisible
    ; 00000010 non-disbandable (human players only): 1 - cannot disband
    ; 00000100 0-range-air-unit damage override: 1 - override damage
    ; 00001000 barbarian units can't be bought off: 1 - can't buy off
    ; 00010000 impassable terrain override: 1 - override impassable terrain
    ; 01000000 barbarian unit will not expire: 1 - no expire
    ; 10000000 override .SPR file for this unit: 1 - don't use .SPR

      thanks! incidentally, i emailed Angelo Scotto (the creator of Civ Converter) about this, and he suggested removing/renaming the .SPR files in the Civ2TOT directory.

      so now i've got two things to try!
