Renaissance techs?

I know that Invention is one of them, and that when a civ discovers that tech then they change to the Renaissance city style. But what techs are need to advance the people.bmp to the Renaissance level?

In FW (Civ2:Fantastic Worlds) the discovery of philosophy and invention change the people style to renaissance. In FW there is no renaissance city style.

In ToT the discovery of invention is all that is required to change both the city style and people style to renaissance.
