I'm working on two and assisting Harlan Thompson on a third. ToT is more work to create scenarios for then previous versions of civ2, so it takes longer.

Alex Mor just released a ToT scenario that might interest you.

The graphics as you know are different than FW. Check The Cradle of Civilization to find some of the new stuff.
