Test of Time

Has anyone played Civilization: Test of Time already?

How would you rate this game? Is it worth buying it?

I have to admit that I've never played Civ 2 or Test of Time before. I directly started with Alpha Centauri and now became interested in the "original".

People seem to feel that if they have already paid for civ2, then ToT may not be worth it. If, like me, ToT is your first civ2 purchase, you should be happy. Check the web for good deals and pay less than $30.

Download the 1.1 patch and then get lighter bitmaps at this site.

After getting the hang of civ2 in ToT, try the four-map fantasy game. It is something else!
