Transport, oops, I mean Beam me up Scotty?????

Hmmm, just looking at the Rules.txt in TOT... In the Scenario I'm making, only one unit will be able to transport to the other planet. In the bottom of the Rules, under G), you change it to 11111111 for that unit you want to be able to transport? Alittle confused here....Civfan
