I'm trying to change the city style for a civ so that it uses the Industrial style. I don't want the civ to actually acquire the tech Industrialization (and be able to trade it). Problem is that when I use CivTweak and edit the save I can't get the city style to switch over. The save is for ToT. Any ideas?
