That medieval hayseed is an impostor, not GNAEUS JULIUS AGRICOLA!!

      EDIT: Is there a problem with attaching .png files at Poly? I attached my magnificent picture as a .png file when I posted this. When I checked subsequent posts, the scene of one of my many triumphs appeared OK. Some hours later, it had become an attachment (.png) with 20+views??? So I re-saved the original as .gif and re-attached it. Hope it stays put this time.

        Looking at the first image, the position of the character behind the sheep is most...Disturbing....

              @Boco

              A belated thanks but, after extensive research, I must conclude that the medieval hayseed scene is not only a complete phony but that it has fooled art experts curtsibling and techumseh.

              The fuzzy animal is actually a ram, not a sheep. Note the self-satisfied smirk on hayseed's face and the cross-eyed, pi**ed off look on the ram, very much unlike a sheep who doesn't give damn. Art historians believe parts of the illustration have been significantly retouched and that the picture appeared in its original form as the centerfold in Ye Gaye Quarterlie, probably ca. 1300-1320.

                From that picture, I guess that this game is set in New Zealand

                      @Boco

                      How did you manage to make your post with no "Boco has attached this image:" above the gross picture and a line of text below it???

                      Also, the picture is present in Topic Review when one is writing a new post . . . . . most unusual.

                        If you click the IMG (Insert Image) tab and put in the web address of the image you want to attach or surround the with: [IMG]http://Medieval Agricola shagging a goat.com it will appear in the post. You can post several pictures in one post this way!

                        When I want to post a screenshot or something I have scanned I normally upload it to the Scenario League, click on the uploaded picture to go to a page with just my picture on and copy that address. If there is an easier way of doing this could someone let me know?

                        P..S. I know I am not Boco!

                            Thanks, McBoco! If you keep posting as my DL, maybe my reputation for occasional worthless drifts in threads might vanish.

                            These happen to be posted on Boardgamegeek.
