Lost A File, Help!

Had this version of the rules.txt where all the ancient civilizations could be played against eachother, all the european nations and the asian nations but now it's gone!

Can someone help? Do you even know what I'm talking about? lol

Couldn't you just swap the tribes around in the rules file so they did this? Should be a 5 minute job!
