1) Cardiff and Bristol have been set not to build ships as they were not major shipyards. Cities like Glasgow, Newcastle and Belfast were and can build ships.
2) I could cut the number of US troops at the beginning.
3) I forgot to set one city to produce them. If you want use Civ City to change production in one city!
4) AA guns cannot move so there is no point in allowing them to attack aircraft. I made them immobile as they are intended for city defence and to help the AI defend key locations.
U-Boat menace, or lack of:
I have included several move unit events to prevent this but it appears not to be working. I will check this out. Hopefully the spawned U-Boats will make up for this somewhat. Getting the AI to behave in a sensible way is one of the most frustrating features of single player games and is why I prefer to develop multiplayer scenarios
