What Does This Error Message Mean?

I tried loading the 'build' save file of one of my old MGE scens, which worked last I used it, and got this message:

Error: ERR_MEMALLLOCFAILED

What the Hell does this mean? Anyone know? I'm using Windows XP, BTW.

I fixed the issue by reinstalling MGE and the patch over the old files. Seemed to work.
