But I thougt it should be interesting for the scenario if the Americans have a chance of conquering Canada.

I´m sure Bush doesn´t know this important fact. Does he really know where to find France on the map?

It´s really difficult to find a good historical map with the city names used on this time. I will have a look on the locations for the cities you mentioned but I think the placements are ok. In Florida you´re right, I will delete Miami and Tampa. Also I will rename the mentioned cities to fit them into this time period.
I´ve fixed the movements for Ticonderoga. Now they can´t move away.
It´s a good idea to increase the tech paradigm.
The 'not used units' are deleted.
