Thanks for the help Kobayashi. After about an hour of messing around and swearing I have sused it out. Not as difficult as it first looks. I was mainly confused about how to attach my download but checked someone elses work ane finally twigged that I had to change it from Image to Media.

I'm not an administrator or anything but I think you need to copy the format at the top and bottom of everyone elses page so you keep the within the style guidelines somewhat.

I think keeping the unit icon in at the top right wouldn't hurt. Also, the present fomat will allow you to get automatically linked to the right categories like designer. If you go to your own page (i.e. the Werd100 page) you'll see that the list of articles associated to you is now blank.
